Dr. Galland has been studying and applying nutritional therapies for the treatment of Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis since 1980. He has written chapters on this topic for three medical textbooks. In 2013 he gave a presentation on his research to staff and patients at the Jill Roberts Center for inflammatory Bowel Disease at New York Presbyterian Medical Center. That presentation was recorded as a series of videos accessible on YouTube.
