Allergic disorders have become the #1 most prevalent disorder worldwide
One billion people suffer from allergic diseases such as asthma, hay fever, eczema, and food allergies, and this is just the tip of the iceberg. What was once thought of as the rare and exceptional has now become the norm, and in light of this, we are forced to ask ourselves an important question: how did this happen, and what can we do to fix it. For the solution, look no further than the environments we have built for ourselves and our bodies, the outdoor, the indoor and the internal.
Outside our homes, our environment, thanks in part to ourselves, has undergone drastic changes, ranging from a general increase in air pollution, including diesel exhaust and ozone, to harmful climate change. Science has already shown how, working together, these factors have increased the prevalence and severity of allergy.
